for golfers using the same equipment that was used on the
Men's PGA and Men's Senior PGA tour. We use the same MedX
equipment endorsed by former US Open Champion Tom Kite.

Reporting in the December 1997 industry journal Fitness Management,
researchers Wayne Westcott, Ph.D., and John R. Parziale, MD,
demonstrated the improvement recreational golfers can expect
from both MedX Stretch-type flexibility exercises and MedX-style
circuit strength training.
One
of machines that are part of the special golf exercise program
is the one-of-a-kind MedX Stretch machine that enables the
user to perform six different stretches.
Pictured
are two of the MedX machines that increase the strength and
flexibility of the torso and lower back - areas of critical
importance to a golfer that are seldom addressed by other
equipment manufacturers.
